The 164th birth tithi of Srimat Swami Vivekananda was celebrated by the Vrindavan centre on the 10th January, 2026. The auspicious day started with Mangalarati at 5.30am in our Temple, vedic chanting & bhajans followed by Special Puja & Homa. The patients admitted in our hospital wards were ceremonially worshipped as "Rogi Narayanas" with offerings of garlands, flowers, sandal paste, sweets, fruits, arati etc. starting at 9.30 am. At noon a total of 1,400 people including children, Nara Narayanas, devotees and staff members were fed sumptuously with cooked prasad at our Sevashrama.
Vrindaban Sevashrama celebrated the National Youth Day on 12 January, 2026, through a small procession and a public meeting - sharing and discussing about various thoughts of Swami Vivekananda ranging from self-development, service to the poor and needy as God Himself to nation building and man making education. In all, around 450 people participated in the programme, the programme ended with the National Anthem and distribution of gift and food packet to students & a few staff members and refreshments to all.
