Our Annual Free Urology & General Surgery Camp (2nd Camp for this year) was successfully conducted from 29th November to 4th December, 2023 with the kind support of Manav Seva Sansthan, Mumbai in loving memory of Srimat Swami Akhandananda Saraswatijee Maharaj. A team of 9 specialists from Mumbai, Pune,Nagpur etc. and 8 specialists of our Hospital have actively participated under the leadership of Dr.(Prof.) Harshad Punjani and Dr.Balachandra Kashyapi in screening the patients and conducting the surgeries.
During this Camp, surgeries like TURP, PCNL, Cystoscopy, VIU, Urethroplasty, Hernioplasty, Hypospodiasis, Circumcision, Eversion of Sac, Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy, Laparoscopic Hernioplasty were conducted. 342 patients were screened in the OPD and 95 (84 urology and 11 other) patients underwent surgeries free of cost.
The next Free Urology and General Surgical Camp is scheduled to be held during March/April, 2024 by the same team of specialists in our Charitable Hospital by the courtesy of Manav Seva Sansthan, Mumbai.
