Ramakrishna Mission Sevashrama Charitable Hospital, Vrindavan, hosts 2 world class Operation Theatre Complexes. One complex has as many as 6 operational OTs and the second complex has modular OTs specially designed for cancer surgeries, at par with international standards.
General or Laparoscopic operations performed here include – Open Gallbladder, Hernia, Appendix, TURP & Open Prostate, Ureteric & Kidney stone removal, Hypospadias apart from Surgeries in Gynaec & Obstetrics, Paediatric, Orthopaedic, Cancer, Neuro, ENT, Ophthalmic, Plastic & Cosmetic and Hydrocele, Piles, Fistula & Fissure, Different kinds of Excisions, I&D, D&Cs and D&Es. Other than this, various sorts of orthopaedic surgeries including Joint Replacements Surgeries, Cancer Surgeries with Chemotherapy, Neuro Surgeries like Spinal and Brain Surgeries are also performed regularly.

The Modular OT Complex for surgical oncology functions six days a week. A total of 4,376 surgeries were performed during the year 2020-21, which includes 592 eye surgeries performed through advanced methods like PHACO, IOL or Yag Lazer.
